Easy Oatmeal Almond cookies
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/16 tsp Almond extract
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper
- Lightly beat the egg whites for 2 minutes
- In a large bowl, combine Almond Flour, Sugar, Oats, Almond extract
- Add the beaten egg whites and mix to form a paste.
- Create 24 1-inch balls of dough
- Pour sliced almonds into a bowl.
- Dip each ball of dough into the slice almonds.
- Place the balls on the parchment paper and gently flatten each ball
- Bake for 15 minutes.
