Greek Style Grilled Fish
Ingredients
- 18 oz whole sea bass, gutted and clean
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 3 dill sprigs
- 6 lime wedges for garnish
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Dressing:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 oz fresh oregano
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Rub with oil and insert the dill sprigs in the gut of the fish.
- Set aside and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Combine minced garlic, chopped oregano, and other dressing ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
- Grill for about 7 minutes on each side.
- Serve and top with lime wedges and dressing.
