Papaya Rosé Wine Cocktail – The Best Wine Mix
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Rosé wine
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup chopped fresh papaya
- 1 cup of rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine fresh papaya, rice wine vinegar, and granulated sugar in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Chopped mint leaves and transfer to a large pitcher.
- Combine all ingredients in the pitcher.
- Mix well and serve.
