Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 pound beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg beaten

- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried parsley leaves

- 1/4 cup ketchup (Sauce)
- 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar (Sauce)
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (Sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the sauce ingredients.
- Mix together until fully incorporated.
- Add the meat mixture to a loaf pan.
- Make sure the loaf is even in the pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by combining the remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before serving together with the sweet sauce.
